PARIS (AP) -- The latest on the deadly attacks in Paris. (All times local): 4 p.m. Sweden's security service says it has raised the Scandinavian country's terror alert to the second-highest level. SAPO said Wednesday it had received "concrete information" and has decided to act "with the framework of our contra-terror work." The agency said it had raised the alert to level four of five possible graduations.
