(All times local): 10:50 p.m. Belgian Justice Minister Koen Geens says he cannot confirm the suspected mastermind of the Paris attacks was among those killed in a raid against an apartment north of the French capital. He says Belgian Abdelhamid Abaaoud was "not among those arrested or those who have been identified."
